Welcome to the home of the Bias Foundation, Inc. The Foundation
is a non-profit organization that was birthed after the death of my
two sons Len and Jay. I believe my sons were two seeds that went
down into the ground to bring forth life.
Turning my pain into purpose through my Faith in God I use the
deaths of my two sons as an opportunity to inspire and empower
audiences to press through difficult times. HOPE IS NOT EXTINCT
WE MUST ENDURE THE SEASONS LIFE SENDS TO AWAKING THE
CHAMPION IN EACH OF US!
Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it
abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. (John 12:24)
